VILLA PAPAYA is a villa designed in the nature where 8 people can easily stay with its 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in Ovacik, Fethiye, where you can enjoy your holiday. Our villa has been rented to our customers in the past years and our customers were very satisfied. It has a private swimming pool located in a large garden. There is a children's pool too. You can prepare delicious dinners with the fully equipped kitchen of our villa. Villa PAPAYA, which is 5 minutes by car to Ölüdeniz, 10 minutes to the center of FETHIYE, 45 minutes to DALAMAN airport. It is within walking distance to bars, restaurants and entertainment venues and only 2 minutes by car. . Offering a unique holiday, our villa has a large and spacious hall, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The villa has all home decoration items, white goods, iron and ironing board.

 VILLA GENERAL FEATURES

 First Bedroom: There is 1 double bed with ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, air-conditioned. There is a jacuzzi. The bedroom has a balcony.

Second Bedroom: Air-conditioned. 1 double bed, wardrobe, Bathroom and toilet are in the hallway. The bedroom has a balcony.

Third Bedroom: Air-conditioned. It has 1 double bed with ensuite bathroom and wardrobe

Fourth Bedroom: Air-conditioned. There is 1 double bed with ensuite bathroom and wardrobe.

There is 1 kitchen and 1 living room in our villa. There are comfortable sitting group, DVD, LCD TV, satellite receiver, table and chairs in the living room. There is a WC in hall way. There is an exit from the hall to the pool.

 Kitchen: Refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, cutlery, toaster, dinner set for 8 people, pots and pans, water and tea glasses.

 Pool There is a private swimming pool in the private garden measuring between 1.40 meters - 1.60 meters, length 8 meters, width 4 meters. There is a sun terrace by the pool. It has a private garden sun terrace. The terrace includes sun umbrellas and sun loungers.

 GENERAL SERVICES AND CLEANING

 Villa papaya is delivered to our guests clean. Villa cleaning is done once a week. Garden and pool maintenance and cleaning is done once a day. The bedrooms have clean linens and towels.

 A welcome package is prepared for a certain price upon the request of our guests.

 Welcome package: tea, sugar, water, milk, coffee, cheese, jam, butter, eggs, bread, juice, etc. are available. welcome and welcome meetings are held by the professional team.

 RESERVATION PROCESS AND PROCEDURE

 After contacting us with the villa you want to book and find out the availability, we create a temporary reservation record for you and send the relevant form to you. After sending deposit of  25% of the rental price to our company account, your reservation becomes final. After the deposit is transferred to the company account, the finalized reservation form is sent to you. You pay as the CASH at the entrance of the remaining payment of the villa. During the entry process, a 1000 TL damage deposit is taken. The damage deposit will be returned to you after the necessary checks are made on the day of check-out. Check-in time is 15.00 and check-out time is 10.00. The flexibility at the time of entry depends on the availability of the villa. During the holiday, our customer representative will help you with everything. On the day of check-out, our customer representative comes to the villa and makes the necessary checks and check-outs.
