Is the price for per person?
Our prices are for the nightly price for the whole villa. Every villa has a capacity and they don't accept the guests more than their capacity.

What is included on price?
Utility bills , wi-fi and weekly cleanning are included on prices.
Our services
We can arrange airport transfers, rental car, boat trip, jeep safari and also can be arrange cleaner and cook.
Cancellation
Up to 30 days of your holiday deposits are non-refundable.
More than 30 days deposits will be return in full.
Why we take your idendity details
We are official rental compay and we have inform the local authority of our rental for your safety.
How far are our villas to the beach.
Most of our villas are 1 to 4 kms to the beach.
How far to the shops, restaurants or hospitals
Most of our villas are within walking distances.

Are there utencils or pots and pans in the villas
Our villas have all the cooking facilities and utencils according to their capacity of guests
Maintenance of the pool and garden
All our pool will be cleaned and chemical check up to 10 in the morning everyday other than sunday.
Check out and check in times
check out time is 10:00 in the morning and check in 16:00 in the afternoon. But please check with us for early check in or late check out
Extra cleanning
We can arrange extra cleanning and laundry with extra charge.

Can I bring my pet?
We have listed the villas which allow pets. Other than those villas listed do not accept any pet. Our company does not accept any responsibility. Any cancellation is done because of bringing the pet without notice.
Early booking discounts
we don't have any discounts for the high season (june,july,august and september)
