Our villa, located in Ölüdeniz, Fethiye, was built in 2020. It is a comfortable and luxurious villa with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Villa Nefes 1 with modern lines that can accommodate 8 people in total. The interior of the villa is furnished with modern design and everything has been thought for you, to have a pleasant holiday. Villa NEFES 1 is very airy due to its location and has a magnificent view of Babadag. It is only 3 minutes walk from Hisaonu center. As villa is underfloor heated, it is suitable to rent during the winter months.

Ground floor There is a dining table for 8 people, a seating group, a TV, air conditioning.
GENERAL SERVICES AND CLEANING
Our villa is delivered to our guests with clean bedding with hand and bath towel sets . For more than a week staying we provide weekly cleaning and changing the towels and beddind at free of charge. Garden maintenance and pool cleaning are done everyday except Sunday.
Upon the request of our guests, a welcome package is prepared for a certain price.
BOOKING PROCESS AND PROCEDURE
After contacting us and find out the availability of the villa you want to book, we create a temporary reservation record for you and send the relevant forms to you. Your reservation will be finalized after sending the first payment of the rental to the our company bank accountor paid by credit cards as a deposit. After the deposit is transferred to the company account, the reservation confirmation will be sent to you. You can pay thebalance of the payment in CASH on arrival to the villa. A damage deposit of 1,000 TL will taken during at the check in. After the necessary checks are made on the day of departure, the damage deposit will be returned to you. Check-in time is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00AM. Flexibility in check-in time is subject to villa availability. During your holiday, our customer representatives will help you in every way. On the day of departure, our customer representative will come to the villa and makes the necessary checks and check-out procedures.
